Arizonans for a Just Democracy is an independent expenditure PAC focused on electing candidates who commit to protecting democracy and voting rights. We believe that all Arizonans have the right to vote easily and securely, and that increased participation in elections strengthens our system of government and our country.
When nearly half a million Arizonans signed a petition to protect the freedom to vote and stop politicians from overturning elections, the Justices of the Arizona Supreme Court ignored the will of the people and threw it out.
When we passed an education funding law on the ballot in 2020, the Justices threw that out, too.
Now, it’s our turn to throw THREE of THEM out.

Major cases on abortion and other critical issues will be in front of the Arizona Supreme Court in the near future. We can’t trust these three Justices to protect our freedoms.
